Al Asala Colleges, located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is a distinguished private educational institution committed to excellence in higher education. They offer a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs across diverse fields such as business, engineering, law, and more.

Strategy & Creative approach

Our team built an internal communication approach to encourage everyone to embrace a unified language of understanding, acceptance, and unity, leading to an improved work and study environment for all. Building on our brand values, we developed a strategy to reintroduce the college departments in a more approachable manner, fostering a sense of belonging and pride among employees and students.

Video campaign

We produced a film that captured the true essence of Alasala brand values, highlighting how they are embodied and impact everyone. The script also conveyed a message of gratitude for each person’s contributions to the brand’s growth.

In collaboration with Alasala’s students and emolyees, we spent three days filming real people in action across Alasala’s facilities, offices, and departments, showcasing how everyone comes together as one
