Queen Alia International Airport is a Jordanian consortium of regional and international aviation pioneers boasting longstanding airport construction, management and operation experience; namely ADP International, Meridiam Eastern Europe Investments, Mena Airport Holding Ltd. and Edgo Investment Holdings Ltd.
Sudace Digital Agency developed a Christmas and a New Year campaign for Queen Alia International Airport, using several media channels, such as social media, digital boards, stickers and videos. Sudace’s team designed a Christmas and new year campaign for the purpose of actually delighting customers instead of adding to holiday noise. It evoked emotions and promote sharing, connecting people with their loved ones, or partnering with a charitable organization.
Great holiday marketing campaigns come in many different shapes and sizes, such as the designs Sudace did to place on different actual locations in the airport itself, on screen, festival-themed fliers for the staff and passengers and discounted offers for any purchase in the airport.
A social media campaign was planned, designed, and posted on their Instagram account to celebrate the holiday season with travelers and the airport employees. The main purpose of it was to engage with people through their social accounts. Some of the benefits the campaign accomplished were increasing their customer following and boosting sales. It was an engaging marketing campaign that cater to their audience, increase brand awareness, and even increase their customer following.
The holidays are when consumers are spending the most money not only for themselves but also for others, which means that there is increased demand for products. These consumers are actively looking to purchase products by a specific date and are more willing to spend money because they are more active in the purchase process so many discounts and offers were set in different places in the airport to encourage them to make purchases.
