Enterprise Rent-A-Car is an ongoing American success story. Enterprise’s guiding principles, and humble beginnings, revolve around personal honesty and integrity. The company believes in strengthening their communities one neighborhood at a time, serving their customers as if they were their family, and rewarding hard work. These things are as true today as they were when Enterprise was founded in 1957.
Enterprise communication was the main challenge. Despite Enterprise’s extensive global experience, local brands have emerged with better communication but lack Enterprise’s expertise. Enterprise’s global reach can be maximized by proper positioning. as our objective of market positioning was to establish the image or identity of their brand and the services they offer so that consumers perceive them in the desired way they had visioned.
Through proper positioning, Sudace managed to maximize the company’s ethos and raised awareness to it. Social Media posts and advertising were created to ensure the company’s voice is right on track and results were delivered to ensure it. Sudace’s team defined the goals of marketing, choosed a marketing channel, created a calendar template, add the content details, track previous content results and alter future content details to drive results.
A campaign was made for enterprise with the objective of brand awareness for the duration of five days, using Facebook and Instagram as the social media platforms, it made the impression on 1,214,658 and resulted in the reach of 534,860 and 39,500 recalls.
Social listening was done to monitor the social space and what users are writing, talking or giving feedback about by setting specific keywords and topics to track, using advanced software.
