Success Story
A full marketing strategy was created for the Economic Moderation Vision 2033. After creating the strategy our team gathered all data from the royal court to start creating a communication plan for the event’s launch. Branding & guideline, social media content, advertising content, video production, events covering, and more were implemented successfully.

In order to build the brand and deliver outcomes that meets expectations, we implemented the following:
We ran a current state analysis by which we created a SWOT analysis, and we also studied the brand volume and target audience through Social Listening. We did a benchmark analysis, by which we checked out similar visions in multiple countries like Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Canada, and others, to get inspiration related to strategy, communication, visuals, and others. We created a positioning strategy based on the Vision’s mission, vision, pillars, and brand attributes. Based on all of the above, we came up with the communication strategy that the Vision should adopt.
After finishing the planning and preparation stages, we started with creating the brand in terms of brand guidelines, content, designs, and social media platforms.
After developing the brand identity as well as a content strategy that reflected JEV’s objectives, we created designs that mirrored the above.
Our agency was also responsible for the live coverage of the launching event, launching the website, and publishing the main products of the vision.
After JEV event launch, we extracted a report through social listening to analyze the results achieved. The report was done on twitter because the target audience were most active on that platform. In order to distribute the Economic Modernization vision, we have created an informative website in partner with Releans. This website includes all EMV details, information, documents, vision 2023, and other important pages.
